What is MANTA Trading House?
MANTA TRADING HOUSE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202009673E) is a trading company in Singapore. We buy animal protein and marine feed ingredients from manufacturing partners in our global supplier network. We sell them in our own name (as principal) to buyers and importers in Asia, mainly Southeast Asia. We have shipped more than 2,500 containers since 2020 (as of 31 December 2025).
Is MANTA a manufacturer or a broker?
Neither. MANTA is a trading company. We do not make the goods, and we are not a broker. We buy from manufacturing partners and sell to you as principal. This means your contract partner is MANTA Trading House.
Which animal protein and fish meal grades does MANTA Trading House supply?
We supply meat and bone meal (protein 40, 42, 45, 53, 55 and 58%), poultry meal (50, 55, 61, 64 and 65%), hydrolyzed feather meal (80, 82 and 85%), blood meal and porcine haemoglobin (minimum 90%) and fish meal (58, 60, 65 and 67%). We find the grade that fits your market and your requirement through a wide network of producing plants. The sales contract sets the binding specification.
Which origins does MANTA source from?
We source from Europe, South America, North America, Asia and Oceania. Origins differ by product, and each product page shows them. If one origin is short or restricted, we can offer another. The sales contract confirms the binding origin.
Which markets does MANTA ship to?
We have shipped to Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. These are markets in Asia, mainly Southeast Asia. Vietnam is a focus market. We have shipped more than 2,500 containers since 2020 (as of 31 December 2025).
Quotes, quantities, prices and timing.
How do I request a quote, and how fast does MANTA reply?
Send the quote request form. Include the product and protein grade, quantity, destination port, delivery window and your company details. You get a confirmation email with a reference number. The MANTA Trading Desk replies within 48 hours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is usually 4 to 5 containers, about 100 MT. We confirm the quantity in the offer.
What are MANTA’s prices?
Prices depend on market conditions when we make the offer, and on grade, origin and destination. We do not publish a price list. We aim to give each customer a good balance of quality and price.
What is the lead time from contract to shipment?
It depends on the order. Normally we arrange pickup and loading about 2 to 4 weeks after we receive payment. Transit time from the loading port to the destination port depends on the shipping route.
Delivery, payment, samples and paperwork.
Which delivery terms does MANTA use?
We deliver on CFR terms to the destination port, as agreed in the sales contract.
How is payment arranged?
You pay 100% by letter of credit (L/C) or by prepayment, as agreed in the sales contract.
Which documents come with every shipment?
Every shipment comes with a Bill of Lading, a Certificate of Origin, a Certificate of Analysis, a Packing List and a Health Certificate. The competent authority of the country of origin issues the Health Certificate. If the destination country requires more documents, we agree them in the sales contract.
Can I test a sample before I buy?
Yes, on request. We take samples and send them to the laboratory you choose. The buyer pays the cost.
Import rules, verification and fraud prevention.
Can I import your products into my country?
It depends on the product, the origin and your country’s import rules. These rules change over time. We know the documents each destination market requires. But the importer must confirm the requirements with its own authorities. Information on this website is not legal or regulatory advice.
Does MANTA review buyers and suppliers before a contract?
Yes. Before the first contract, MANTA reviews the counterparty, the market and the shipping route, following its own internal process. If we need more information, we tell you early. MANTA complies with the laws that apply to each transaction, and we want to work with new buyers and suppliers, including in markets with strong demand for these products.
Which plants and origins can ship to my country?
Origin and plant eligibility for your destination market are confirmed per contract. MANTA proposes origins and plants that meet the import requirements of the destination. Details are available on request, under NDA.
Can I ask for trade references?
Yes. Trade references are available on request, under NDA.
How can I verify that MANTA Trading House is a registered company?
MANTA TRADING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is incorporated in Singapore with UEN 202009673E. You can check it on the ACRA BizFile search. Trade and bank references are available on request.
How do I protect myself against payment fraud?
